Welcome to our beginner friendly slow flow! This class isn’t exactly restorative, but it’s super chill and accessible to most, mostly-able bodied people. I created this for my 70 year-old parents, and yet some older folks are super-athletes, and some young folks are less mobile. This is a great place to start your yoga journey.

In this 40 minute vinyasa class with Kaylie Daniels, you'll flow effortlessly from pose to pose, linking breath to movement with a couple of fun arm balances + transitions!
Class 2/5: Root down into the mat (or whatever you’re flowing on!) and learn proper spinal alignment to prep your body for handstands and advanced inversions. Find stronger roots to rise higher.
Class 5/5: Ready to learn to float? Andrew Sealy shares his tips and tricks for flowing from pose to pose between arm balances, handstands, and other fun transitions. You should be comfortable practicing Andrew’s ABCs of handstands classes before moving on to this.
