I found yoga - or better yet yoga found me...
at a point in my life when I needed it.

I was 16. I had spent the last few years battling a terrifying eating disorder, and needless to say… I was unhappy and anxious a lot of the time. I was living out of tune with my body, and I didn’t know how to reconnect. Not to be dramatic, but my yoga practice saved my life.

After graduating high school, I traveled the world to train and study with amazing teachers. I became certified to teach in Spain during the spring of 2014, and I haven't stopped teaching since.

After more than a decade of consistently practicing & about 5 years teaching yoga, my body began to crave something more. I started to incorporate strength training at the gym into my routine and I loved how empowered and strong it made me feel.

What I missed from strength training was the calm, floaty, post-yoga bliss; something that I now call “the afterglow”. I had taken Yoga Sculpt classes at studios before, and I decided to create a class that was similar, but my own.
