To prepare, select where you will lay down for the breathwork. You can lay on a yoga mat, or add a layer or two of blanket if you prefer more cushion. Do your best to practice the breathwork without a pillow under your head, unless you have a forward head posture, and need a small amount of support under your head. Have a blanket open and ready to pull over you in case you get chilly, as you can go through temperature changes throughout the practice. Additionally, you may like a bolster or pillow under your knees to help relax the lower back.
